Kids and Autism: Supporting Safe and Healthy Technology Use

Kids and Autism: Supporting Safe and Healthy Technology Use Hosted byLynette Owens, Founder & Global Director, Trend Micro ISKF Program Guest SpeakersDr. Lisa Prock, Director, Developmental Medicine Center, Children’s Hospital Boston and Dr. Michael Rich, Director, Center on Media and Child Health

It is estimated that 1 in 54 children in the U.S., from all racial, ethnic and socioeconomic groups, has been identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). While all children need guidance with safe and healthy technology use, children with ASD may experience challenges and benefits unique to them. In support of Autism Awareness Month, we look forward to raising awareness about autism among all of us and provide some helpful advice from our guest experts for parents raising kids with ASD.
